The Awesomeness of Stainless Baby Bottles

One of the biggest worries for me when I was pregnant with Eli was the BPA safety issue; I felt so overwhelmed by it. Once you start researching that you realize how many other chemicals and icky stuff are involved with plastics, even the BPA-free version.  I would have gone with glass bottles, but I'm a serious clutz so I knew that was not a real option.
Enter (dah-duh-DAH!) Pura's new stainless steel Kiki bottle. These bottles are not only super-cute and very granola chic, but they're virtually indestrucable as well as being practical and economical. The Kiki bottle is dishwasher safe - I repeat, dishwasher safe - and compatible with 4 different easily-available (think Target and Walmart) types of nipples for those times when your adorably precocious toddler decides that nipples make excellent dog toys or buried treasure.
When your little bundle of joy doesn't need a bottle anymore, these convert to a sippy cup with a simple switcheroo of a spout. And they come in colors like Pretty Pink. I don't know a toddler girl who wouldn't like that. Even the biggest tomboy of my acquaintance likes pink.
Oh, and they're dishwasher safe. Did I mention that?

Thanks to the ladies over at Cool Mom Picks for bringing these to my attention. Because who doesn't want to dig through their diaper bag saying, "Here's my water bottle and here's my baby's water bottle! They match!"
